1. Operator

2. Data processed

• name;
• contact details: phone, email or Telegram;
• company name, if voluntarily provided;
• task description and link to materials;
• service request data: landing page, referrer, UTM tags, submission date and time.

3. Processing purposes

The data is used to respond to the request, assess the task, prepare a proposal, contact the user and improve the website.

4. Data transfer

Requests may be sent to Telegram and email services to notify the team. If notification channels are not configured or temporarily unavailable, a request may be stored in a closed server-side storage for further processing. Data is not sold or published.

5. Storage and deletion

Data is stored as long as needed to process the request and continue business communication, unless another period is required by law. Backup server storage should be checked and cleared regularly by the site owner. A user may request deletion or correction by email.

6. Cookies and analytics

Analytics counters are loaded only after the user consents in the analytics banner. Personal data from the form is not sent to analytics events. Details are described on the Cookies page.
